After finalizing her coaching training, Luxdates’ Claudia Neumeister has now joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a member. Claudia is in the process of becoming an ICF-accredited coach (ACC).
When it comes to coaching, everybody can call themselves a coach, since coaching is not a regulated profession.
For clients, it’s difficult to determine who is qualified and who isn’t.
ICF-accredited coaches have finalized a rigorous coaching training process. The coaches need to demonstrate that they align with the ICF definition of coaching, the ICF Core Competencies, and the ICF Code of Ethics.
The ICF Coaching training consists of 60 hours course work, working under supervision, and having at least 100 hours of practiced coaching, followed by an exam. Only when they meet all criteria, will they receive the certification. This is why coaches trained according to the high ICF standards possess the competencies to transform their clients’ lives.
It is with great honour to share that our very own Claudia Neumeister is now a member of ICF and is already at the final stage of her training for ICF Certification.
