At Luxdates we take privacy and data protection seriously. Luxdates respects the privacy of every person who visits the Luxdates website.
During the intake process we collect personal data (Name, phone number, e-mail address, mail address, personal preferences relating to your partner search). The data relating to your personal preferences is anonymized with a reference number.
Your data is not published and will not be shared with anybody outside of the Luxdates network.

When you visit the Luxdates website, only the data you share with us voluntarily is stored. We use this data to fulfill the purpose of this service (creating partner suggestions, contact request, etc.)

You are in control of your data. Together, we create a profile to help you find a partner. This profile is kept offline. Once we have found a match for you, we will share your profile, without your name, photo, contact details with the person we want to match you with. Only when you both agree that you want to establish contact, will we share your email address, so that the two of you can connect.

Luxdates commits to taking the necessary precautions to treat your data with the greatest care and putting steps into place that it remains safe. Luxdates observes the rules and regulation of the CNPD.
